Delegations are invited to email their statements to email@example.com for posting on the portal. Statements should be provided at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled speaking slot and the email subject should include the entity name, meeting name and related agenda item. PDF format is preferred.
Delegations are kindly requested to provide 30 hardcopies of the text for the technical services no later than 1 hour before delivery of the statement.

List of speakers & Delegates
The lists of speakers for the debate on all agenda items allocated to the Sixth Committee are open for inscription. Delegations may contact the Secretariat of the Sixth Committee (e-mail email@example.com; tel. 1 (212) 963-5331, fax 1 (212) 963-1963) in order to inscribe on the respective lists of speakers. Requests for inscription from permanent missions and observer States may also be submitted through the e-Speakers module on the e-deleGATE portal.
Intergovernmental organizations and entities that have observer status with the General Assembly, as well as the United Nations system, funds and programmes, specialized agencies and regional commissions wishing to inscribe on the lists of speakers for the debate on agenda items allocated to the Sixth Committee should submit their requests directly to the Secretariat of the Sixth Committee.
Delegations are invited to submit the names of their representatives, alternates and advisers to the Secretariat of the Sixth Committee. Only scanned copies of notes verbales or form A/INF/71/2 will be accepted by e-mail. Alernatively, delegations may register through the “e-List of participants” module on the e-deleGATE secure portal, which will become available in October 2017.
