A high-level meeting held pursuant to General Assembly resolutions A/RES/72/232 of 20 December 2017 and A/RES/73/243 of 20 December 2018.

Letters from the President of the General Assembly, dated 29 October 2019 and 2 December 2019, were sent to all permanent representatives and permanent observers.

Delegations are urged to register through the e-deleGATE Portal, if they wish to be inscribed on the list of speakers.

Delegations are encouraged to observe the time limits of 3 minutes for statements by individual Member States and 5 minutes for delegations speaking on behalf of a group of States.

Delegations wishing to circulate their statements electronically through the PaperSmart Portal should send a copy of the statement at least 1 hour(s) in advance of delivery. PDF format is preferred.
