Report of the International Law Commission on the work of its seventy-first session - item 79 

The Committee continued its consideration of agenda item 79. 

Statements were made by the representatives of Malaysia, Australia, Iran (Islamic Republic of), United States of America, Jamaica and Peru. 

The Chair of the International Law Commission at the seventy-first session made some concluding remarks. 

The Committee thus concluded its debate on agenda item 79. 

Report of the Committee on Relations with the Host Country - item 165 

The Committee began its consideration of agenda item 165. 

The Chair of the Committee on Relations with the Host Country introduced the report of the Committee (A/74/26). 

Statements were made by the representatives of the Islamic Republic of Iran (on behalf of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM)), the European Union (also on behalf of its Member States (the candidate countries the Republic of North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Albania, the country of the Stabilisation and Association Process and potential candidate Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the EFTA country Liechtenstein, member of the European Economic Area, as well as the Republic of Moldova, aligned themselves with the statement)), Iran (Islamic Republic of), Syrian Arab Republic, Russian Federation, Cuba, Mauritius, Venezuela (Bolivarian Republic of), Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), Indonesia, Singapore and United States of America. 

The Committee thus concluded its debate on agenda item 165. 

Report of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law on the work of its fifty-second session - item 77

The Committee continued its consideration of agenda item 77.

The representative of Austria introduced the draft resolutions contained in documents A/C.6/74/L.7, A/C.6/74/L.8 and A/C.6/74/L.9 and announced that Malta, Singapore and Ukraine had joined as sponsors of the draft resolution contained in document A/C.6/74/L.7. 

Consideration of prevention of transboundary harm from hazardous activities and allocation of loss in the case of such harm - Item 81 

The Committee continued its consideration of agenda item 81. 

The representative of the Czech Republic introduced draft resolution A/C.6/74/L.10.
